Why is this bill silently trying to be passed? Who is really behind this masquarade of helping mother's who get post partum depression? It doesn't happen to every mother. How do you feel about your daughters or grand daughters who may be or may become pregnant having no choice but to go onto a psycho-tropic drug while the unborn child will also be affected? These drugs are known to be dangerous and cause suicidal and homicidal tendencies, violence, etc. not to mention the other side effects for the mother and child (birth defects!)
